In the gym, we have the best equipment by Matrix, and after the strenuous effort you can regain your strength relaxing in dry, wet or infrared saunas. Or visit the pool and luxuriate in a jacuzzi with a lake view.

Our fitness trainers prepare individual workout plans that balance the needs and capabilities of each guest. Before the first class, the trainer gathers relevant information to formulate the workout plan. In addition, we will develop a personalised nutrition and supplementation plan for you.
Only a few minutes’ of training but lo and behold the results! Tabata greatly enhances the aerobic (oxygen) and anaerobic (no oxygen) performance as compared to low or average intensity training. Research shows that Tabata is an effective way to burn body fat and boost metabolism.
Aeroboxing is a very energetic, non-contact form of exercise. It is group training involving a series of punches, dodges and kicks done to the beat of the music. This intensive training engages all muscle groups, burns calories and, an extra bonus, it teaches the basic self-defence moves.
