This is an invitation to create your own tasty breakfast dishes. The variety of possibilities available is a myriad of culinary journeys in the discovery of new flavours. It is worth setting off on them from the Przystań.
Colourful breakfast buffets await meat-free food enthusiasts and supporters of plant-based cuisine. The abundance of seasonal vegetables is complemented by plant-based pastes and hummus with toppings, special cheeses, and cured meats, as well as vegan letcho.
Savour the flavours of the salad buffets we compose. The plentiful of vegetables and green toppings encourage you to create your own healthy treats, which are deliciously topped with our own vinaigrette dressing and flavoured olives we create, enriched with aromatic herbs. The DIY version of breakfast is a culinary concept that has many supporters among our Guests.
The "live cooking" station is supplemented by buffets with hot dishes. Here you will find breakfast "classics": Sausages and frankfurters, scrambled eggs, beans with tomatoes, vegan letcho, tomatoes baked with cheese are aromatic incentives for your morning feast.
The natural location not only offers captivating views, but also the unique flavours of the region. Smoked fish from a local supplier with traditions is the unique charm of breakfast. We are proud that our smoked trout paste has been our Guests' favourite delicacy for the past 8 years.
Our passion for creating dishes is shared by our suppliers, who can boast the mark of the culinary heritage of Warmia and Mazury. Vitamin abundance and energy for the whole day is provided by our colourful fruit and vegetable smoothies.
The irresistible smell of fresh crusty bread evoking homely comfort increases the appetite for more culinary experiences. Wheat bread with buckwheat flakes baked in the Przystań Restaurant from a recipe unchanged since the year 2000, rye bread on natural sourdough with sunflower seeds is also a speciality of our bakery.
Our youngest Guests can look forward to their favourite sweet treats: waffles, pancakes, and cottage cheese crêpes. The variety of tasty toppings in the form of colourful sprinkles, fruit jams, chocolate and nut pastes offer the opportunity to compose your own treats that taste best.
The finale of breakfast is a delicious coffee accompanied by sweet pastries, created daily by our pastry chefs. Lovely and colourful monoporations, delicious pastries, delightfully crisp croissants are a wonderful start to the day. Our Guests can't imagine a successful morning without the yeast cakes baked in our patisserie with the insanely crunchy crumble. Waffles, cottage cheese crêpes and pancakes are a paradise for "sweet" breakfast fans. Juicy and colourful seasonal fruit beckons sweet connoisseurs with natural flavours.

Composed on request, lunch sets include croissants with salmon, omelette, chicken and avocado or egg paste of your choice. A dose of naturally healthy energy comes in the form of our salad with vinaigrette or vegetable salad, as well as fruits and fruit or vegetable smoothies.
